How long does delivery take and what are the shipping costs?

We ship your package as quickly as possible. Delivery within Germany with our shipping partner DHL usually takes 1-3 working days from the shipping date. For all standard deliveries with DHL within Germany, we charge €4.99. For all other countries available for selection, we charge €13.99. Shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping cart and order summary. These costs may vary depending on the order value and destination. All additional costs incurred, such as taxes, duties, etc., are borne by the customer. Self-collection is of course free of shipping costs. For a minimum order value of €149 within Germany and the EU, shipping is also free for you.

  • If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, we must first check if shipping is possible. Please feel free to contact us by email or the contact form.

How can I return?

We want you to be happy with our products. If this is not the case, you have the option to return the package to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure that the returned items are in perfect condition and use either the original packaging or a suitable box.
Alternatively, you can drop off your return at our warehouse. Simply contact us beforehand by email.

The easiest way to declare your cancellation is by clicking the cancellation button. We have attached the terms and conditions and the cancellation form to your order confirmation, should you wish to use it. However, a short email informing us that you wish to return an item is also sufficient. And if you would like to tell us the reason, we can improve. Therefore, we welcome feedback. Your return will be processed as quickly as possible. As soon as we have received the return, we will process the refund. This will always be made to the payment method you chose when purchasing.

Good to know:

Unfortunately, our customers occasionally experience that our sustainable shipping bags are rejected by the post office, which is incorrect.
