SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We will ship your package as soon as possible. A delivery within Germany with our shipping partner DHL usually takes 1-3 business days from the day of shipment.
For all Standard Deliveries with DHL within Germany we charge 4,99 €. To all other countries, which are available for selection, we charge 13.99 €. The shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping cart and in the order overview. Depending on the order value and destination, these costs may vary. All additional costs such as tax, customs duties, etc. are to be paid by the customer.
From a minimum order value of 150 € within Germany and the EU, shipping is free for you.

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with our products. If this should not be the case, you have the possibility to return the package within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please make sure that the returned items are in perfect condition and use the original packaging if possible.
In your order confirmation we have attached the terms and conditions and the cancellation form. It is also possible to send us a short email stating that you would like to return the goods. And if you would like to tell us the reason, we can optimize our service. Therefore we are happy about feedback.

The costs for the return are to be covered by you.
Your return will be processed as fast as possible. As soon as we have received the return, we will take care of the refund. The refund will always be made to the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
